Module 3

Google docs will be very useful in a classroom environment. It is a fantastic tool, which dispenses with saving files on usb's and hard drives. It is great to access documents anywhere and from any computer. It is also very useful for collaborative work/ group work. Students can work on documents together. Teachers can also get student feed back on surveys or multiple choice questions using Google docs. The longest process is getting students to set up gmail accounts and ensure you have all their user id's. Once you have that sorted, then your students have access to live editing and participation where they can see each others' input and share information. I really love this tool and will be using it with my year 12 English class, once I set up a google site for them.
